Three simple steps

How it works

You did the fun part, choosing the parts. We do the careful part, building it right. The whole thing is three steps.

  1. Bring in your parts

From anywhere. Amazon boxes, Micro Center bags, that GPU you won in a raffle. Not sure everything fits together? Send us your parts list first and we will check compatibility for free, before you spend a dime. At drop-off we bench-check every component, so a dead-on-arrival part gets caught immediately, not blamed on anyone later.

  2. We build and test it

Hand assembly in our Hillcrest shop: clean cable management, BIOS and driver updates, thermal paste done properly. Then we burn it in and stress-test temps and stability before you ever see it. Most builds are ready in about a week — ask about rush service if you need it faster.

  3. Pick it up and game on

We walk you through what we did, and you leave covered by our 90-day labor warranty. If you ever need a hand, the shop that built it is ten minutes away. That is the point of building local.

Good questions

Bring-your-parts PC assembly, frequently asked questions

What if one of my parts is dead on arrival?
As soon as we determine a part is faulty, we will tell you right away and help you start the retailer or manufacturer return. Our 90-day warranty covers our workmanship; your parts stay covered by their own manufacturer warranties. No blame games, we sort out which is which for you.
Do you mark up parts I bring in?
Never. The flat assembly fee is the entire cost, whatever you paid for your components elsewhere.
What if my parts are not compatible?
For this reason we recommend scheduling a Custom PC Consultation. We can go though your parts list and check compatibly before hand. We can also make part suggestions and help you get the most for your money.

Can you get a missing part for me?
Yes. We can source individual parts, or you can order it yourself and we will hold your build until it arrives.
How long does assembly take?
Most builds are ready in about a week once all parts are in hand. Need it faster? Rush service is available for an additional charge — ask when you drop off.
Do you build workstations too, or just gaming PCs?
Both, same careful process with different tuning. Gaming rigs get airflow, thermals, and RGB dialed in. Workstations get stability-first configuration validated against your actual software. Tell us what the machine is for and we will build for that.
