DC Computers Shipping Policy

We ship from our store in Hillcrest, San Diego, where every computer is tested before it goes out the door.

Handling time
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. We ship via UPS. We currently ship within the United States only.

Insurance included
Every shipment is insured for its full value at no cost to you. If something happens in transit, you are covered.

Prefer to skip shipping?
Local pickup is always free at 1070 University Ave Ste J101, San Diego, CA 92103. Most orders are ready fast, often within 24 hours. We are open Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Damaged or dead on arrival
This is very rare, and if it happens we will make it right with a repair, a replacement, or a refund. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery: call (619) 255-4333 or email info@dccomputerwarehouse.com.
